I noticed there was some confusion around trailing slashes on URLs, so I hope this helps. tl;dr: slash on root/hostname=doesn't matter; slash elsewhere=does matter (they're different URLs)
This Agency Life
This week has been the most normal week we’ve had at the agency since lockdown began. We’ve started to see a real increase in leads and sales with our brands starting to plan for Christmas (yes, Christmas!) going full steam ahead on content and marketing plans.
I personally just came back from a 1 week break at a friends farm in Scotland. It was a much needed break and reminded me of the natural beauty in my native country.
On return, I started playing with Spotlight Reporting - it’s a management accounting dashboarding tool that connects to Xero and Google analytics. I’ve been loving it as it’s showing me my time to sales, cost of new business and a bunch of other key business metrics.
I also rediscovered the one and only Cat Stevens. In particular a song that is one of the most perfect creations, I have ever listened to. I recommend you take the 90 seconds out of your day to listen to it… won’t be disappointed.
Until next time.
